Project Overview
Collaboratively worked with three other students as part of the Monash University UX/UI course, to create a new responsive web design for RSPCA Australia to create a more user friendly and accessible prototype for the website. The focus of our project was to simplify access to accurate information on animal rescue / welfare and to highlight support for users from the RSPCA.
My role in the project was to conduct user research, design and develop the website desktop version and a clickable prototype.

Problem statement
Our users are looking for a reliable and accurate way to be able to report lost and injured animals and suspicion of animal abuse.
Our users have spent a considerable amount of time trying to locate contact information for RSPCA and are frustrated at the lack of prompt responses received for queries. This situation causes stress for both staff and users who are in need of this information in a timely manner.
